The LOBBYiST is owned and maintained by PUBLiCUS Asia Inc., which is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. PUBLiCUS Asia Inc. or The LOBBYiST will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The LOBBYiST collects information from users at several different points in the website.

It is The LOBBYiST's goal to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because this site wants to demonstrate its commitment to user's privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information and user privacy practices.

In adopting this privacy policy, The LOBBYiST's intent is to balance its legitimate business interests in collecting and using user's personal information with user's reasonable expectations of privacy. Non-personally identifiable information (such as stated above) may be shared in aggregate form with our advertisers or marketing partners but users personally identifiable information will never be disclosed to them.

The LOBBYiST has also contracted with a number of advertising network partners to monitor certain pages of the website and RSS feeds for the purpose of reporting website and RSS traffic, statistics, advertisement ‘click-throughs', and/or other activities on the website. Where authorized by the Company, these advertising network partners may use cookies, web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about website visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected by or transferred to these network partners.

Any information user discloses voluntarily in comments pages or in any forums that The LOBBYiST may develop in the future becomes public information. The LOBBYiST cannot control actions of site users and advise user discretion in sharing information on the Internet. All information sharing is optional and done so at user's own risk. The LOBBYiST conducts occasional surveys and opinion polls as part of its VOX Opinion Research services. In participating in this service, users are required to give their contact information (such as name, e-mail address or mobile number) and demographic information (such as income level, gender etc.). This information is used for reference purposes only.

The LOBBYiST occasionally makes use of cookies, which are pieces of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Creating a link from user's website to The LOBBYiST means that user provides a hypertext connection from user's webpage to one of The LOBBYiST's using an HTML command.

User MAY NOT freely create a link from a pay-per-view website. If user's website requires other users to pay for access or requires other users to pay for articles they view, or if user's website is composed entirely of links and he/she charges a fee for access to user's site, user MAY NOT create a link to The LOBBYiST.

Previous content of The LOBBYiST is available on the Web for about six months. If an article does not appear in a search of The LOBBYiST's website, it means that it is no longer available for linking.
