Asia’s new generation of rental solution, Dash Living, has announced their recent acquisition of Hmlet St Peters in Sydney, which will soon be renamed as Dash Living St Peters.
An 82-room property located on the fringe of Sydney's central business district is perceived as a perfect location for residents, citing its close proximity to the train station, Marrickville Metro Centre, and Sydney Park.
This marks a significant milestone for Dash Living to continue their impact in making affordable housing solutions accessible not just to the Asian community, but to the whole world. “This property fits very well into Dash Living's concept of co-living and sharing economy," said Founder Aaron Lee.
So far, Dash Living is looking to make the St. Peters property with different styles of rooms including functional and cozy pocket, popular with tourists and travelers. They also want to include barbeque facilities, outdoor green space, gym, cafés and the like. The design is to cater to the strong demand for co-living in cities located in the Asia Pacific.
According to Lee, Dash Living will continue to expand its foortprint, specifically in Japan and Austraila as well as strengthen their presence in other Southeast Asian countries.
Dash Living is Asia's new generation of rental solution in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. For more information, visit www.dash.co.
