On June 9 2021, the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc. celebrated the 46th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and China as well as the 20th Filipino-Chinese Friendship Day highlighting the history of the Filipino-Chinese relations wherein it started though trade and business, and has eventually evolved into a social, cultural, and civic alliance.

As the 2022 Philippine Elections approach, COMELEC is ensuring that everybody, including OFWs will have the right to vote on March 2022. Led by Atty. Philip Luis F. Marin from the COMELEC Office for Overseas Voting (OFOV), COMELEC informed Filipinos with updates on overseas voting and encouraged overseas Filipino workers to register and vote.

Cruz highlighted the decision of Mr. Keng to redirect all their efforts and energy into aiding the Filipino people to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing that Mr. Keng’s desire to help during this crisis is much more urgent than this case.
